Vineyard Pasta image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup(s) red wine vinegar
1/2 cup(s) oil (olive or vegetable)
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/8 teaspoon(s) poppy seads
1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
8 ounce(s) pasta (any favorite), cooked and drained
2 cup(s) any combination of: celery, green onions, cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper, radishes, mushrooms, zucchini, or broccoli

Steps:

  • Combine vinegar, oil, and spices.
  • Season to taste.
  • Toss with pasta.
  • Cover and chill 1 hour or more. Toss before serving.
