VIETNAMESE YOGURT image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 single serving size plain yogurt or vietnamese yogurt
1 can of condensed milk (preferably Ong Tho brand)
1 can of boiling water
2 can of fresh milk (or can if you want a less sweet yogurt)
13 4 oz canning/baby jars

Steps:

  • 1. Pour the can of condense milk into a mixing bowl and then add in 1 can of boiling water. Mix well then let cool. 2. Pour 2 can of milk and yogurt into a separate bowl and mix well. 3. Pour milk/yogurt mixture int the condense milk mixture. Mix Well. 4. Ladle mixture into jars and close lids tightly. 5. Put jars into a roasting pan with water. 6. Turn oven to 300 degree for about 10 minutes then turn off. Put in the jars of yogurt into oven. 7. Leave jars in oven for 7 hours, if you would like it less tart then 5 hours. 8. Once 7 hours has past, then put jars into refridgeratr. NOTE: Make sure to save 1 jar to make next batch of yogurt.
