Venison Cubes image

Great way to use some of that "not as tender" venison!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 bottle(s) coca-cola
3 tablespoon(s) teriyaki sauce
- drakes fry mix (prepare as instructed on package)
4 cup(s) oil in deep fryer

Steps:

  • Cut venison into 1 inch cubes...removing silvery membrane. Soak in mixture of Coca-Cola and Teriyaki sauce in glass dish overnight.
  • Dredge marinated cubes in flour and dip in prepared Drake's Fry Mix.
  • Drop by 5-6 cubes at a time in deep fryer. Cook until golden brown. Prepare number of batches = number of guests. Wonderful with Spring Morels!
