VELVEETA® Thanksgiving Pizza image

Put your leftover turkey to good use with our VELVEETA® Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe. Turkey and cranberry sauce may sound like unconventional pizza toppings, but trust us. You won't want to pass up our VELVEETA® Thanksgiving Pizza. It's so much more exciting that a sandwich!

1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
3 cups shredded leftover roasted turkey
1 VELVEETA Fresh Packs (4 oz.), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. milk
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; pat into 13x9-inch rectangle. Bake 8 min.
  • Spread pizza crust with cranberry sauce. Top with turkey. Bake 4 to 6 min. or until turkey is heated through and edge of crust is golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 min.
  • Drizzle VELVEETA sauce over pizza; sprinkle with onions.
