Velveeta Mayo Hashbrowns image

A simple side dish to serve for breakfast or dinner that we all love. These can be frozen for up to 3 months.

1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
2 c mayonnaise
2 lb frozen hash browns, defrosted about 15 minutes
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
  • 2. Melt cheese in heavy pan over low heat, stirring.
  • 3. Add mayonnaise and potatoes to cheese and mix well.
  • 4. Put into a 9x13-inch baking pan and top with bacon.
  • 5. Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
