VELVEETA Chorizo-Beer Dip image

Chorizo adds spiciness to this melty VELVEETA beer dip. It's perfect for Oktoberfest, Cinco de Mayo-or any time you want to put out a dish of delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 3

1/4 lb. Mexican chorizo
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup BUD LIGHT® Beer (Please note: This ingredient is not shoppable and will not appear in your cart.)

Steps:

  • Cook chorizo in medium skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA and beer in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
  • Drain chorizo. Stir into VELEETA mixture.
