How to make VELVEETA Cheesy Chicken Chili

Number Of Ingredients 8

1lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1small onion, chopped
1tsp. ground cumin
1tsp. chili powder
2cans (15 oz. each) white beans, drained
1can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1can (4 oz.) green chiles, undrained
1/2lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • COOK chicken and onions in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray 7 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in seasonings; cook and stir 1 min.
  • ADD beans, broth and chiles; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  • STIR in VELVEETA; cook until melted, stirring frequently.
