VELVEETA® Cheesy Beef Stroganoff image

If you like the classic hearty beef stroganoff, you're gonna love this. Delectably melty VELVEETA takes this saucy dish to a whole new level.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1lb. ground beef
2cups water
3cups egg noodles, uncooked
1/2lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4tsp. black pepper

Steps:

  • BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.
  • STIR in water; bring to boil. Add noodles; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until noodles are tender.
  • ADD VELVEETA, soup and pepper; cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
