Steps:
- 1. Melt cheese and butter together
- 2. Take melted cheese mixture off stove set aside add vanilla
- 3. Sift together sugar and coca and add to cheese mixture
- 4. Next add pecans to the remaining mixture and mix all ingredients with hands .
- 5. Spread on greased pans and place in refrigerator to cool
- 6. After the fudge has cooled in the refrigerator over night cut into squares and place in air tight container .
- 7. Keep refrigerated
