A man walks into a doctor's office. He has Brussels sprouts up his nose, a bell pepper in his left ear and a onion in his right ear. "What's the matter with me?" he asks the doctor. Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
4 c cut up vegetables (i used bell peppers, onions, brussels sprouts and mushrooms)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt (did i say we love garlic?)
1/4 tsp cayenne, paprika or chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
or substitute a vegetable seasoning for all spices listed above.
1 c chicken broth

Steps:

  • 1. Heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the crushed garlic and onion.
  • 2. Add the vegetables. Season with spices and stir-fry until they're tender-crisp.
  • 3. Add the chicken broth. Turn heat to low and cover. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Approximately 15 minutes
