Vegetable Casserole image

Mix cooked frozen vegetables in a baking pan, add some cheesy deliciousness and broil to make this delicious casserole.

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, cooked
2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free lower-salt chicken broth
3/4 cup creamy wheat (enriched farina) hot cereal (1-minute, 2-1/2-minute or 10-minute cook time), uncooked
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Place vegetables in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; mix lightly.
  • Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan. Gradually add cereal; cook 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese. Spread over vegetables.
  • Broil 7 to 10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
