Vegan Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate image

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life®)
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)
fat-free whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine almond milk, chocolate chips, and powdered peanut butter in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until chocolate chips are melted and peanut butter powder is incorporated.
  • Pour into a mug and top with fat-free whipped cream if desired.
