VEG-ALL CASSEROLE image

2-#2 cans veg-all, drained
1 can English peas,drained
2 cans water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 cup diced onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small sour cream
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
Topping:
1 pkg Ritz crackers crumbled
1 stick melted oleo

Steps:

  • mix all canned goods together; add onion, mayonnaise and sour cream. Blend together all ingredients. Sprinkle topping over mix; add grated cheese over this. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until brown
