Veal Scallops image

An easy-to-prepare main dish everyone is sure to love.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 lbs. veal
1 egg, beaten
1 C. cracker crumbs
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Cut the veal in pieces the size of an oyster, dip in egg, roll in cracker crumbs, and season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil (375 degrees) until browned.
