Vanilla Rich Chocolate Chip Cookies image

I love my cookies chewy. Not chewy like cake, but chewy like almost-doughy. And these qualify. I found this one in a cooking magazine on a page sponsored by McCormick. And, even though I have a chocolate chip cookie recipe that I love, it's hard to go wrong with a 2nd, and one that uses a lot of vanilla!
