Vanilla Milkshake Cake image

for the people who love vanilla shakes,so i create another layer cake recipe,you can use vanilla milkshake,the frosting it filled with vanilla milkshake and vanilla flavored coffee creamer,as a secret ingredient?

1 pkg french vanilla cake mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c water
1/2 c canola oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c chilled vanilla milkshake
FROSTING
1 container frozen whipped topping,thawed
1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c french vanilla liquid creamer
2 pkg cream cheese,softened
1 c chilled vanilla milkshake

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease and floured 2 8-inch round cake pans.
  • 2. In a large bowl,combine cake mix,vanilla extract,water,oil and eggs;beat on high speed for 30 seconds.Mix in vanilla milkshake.Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Pour into prepared cake pans.
  • 4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted the center comes out clean.Cool in pans for 5 minutes;onto a wire rack.
  • 5. Meanwhile,for the frosting,in a large bowl,combine whipped topping,pudding mix,liquid creamer,cream cheese and vanilla milkshake,whisk together until blended and smooth.Set aside.
  • 6. Spread the frosting between layers,over the top and sides of the cake.
