Vanilla Cool Whip Frosting image

This comes from the Scottsdale Living Newspaper, sent in by the Olson family. The cake recipe submitted with it is the Ice Water Cake.

1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk (cold)
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Combine pudding mix, sugar & milk in a bowl, beat at low speed until well blended (about 1-2 min.).
  • Fold in whipped topping, spread on cake.
