Come summer i make alot of fruit pizza's , fresh fruit is in season and my family really enjoy's them ! Not to mention the fact that you can be really creative and put together a beautiful dessert. I cook for a living as well and i alway's get rave review's :-) I needed to put together a valentine's day dessert in a flash and...

Number Of Ingredients 6

bottle 1 box of family size brownie mix
12 ounces oz 12 ounce cream cheese , soft
12 ounces oz 12 ounce carton of cool whip
c 3 cups of powder sugar
tsp 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 can(s) cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. mix and bake brownie mix according to directions on a prepared large pizza pan bake at advised temp. and chech with a toothpick after 20 minutes....cool completly !
  • 2. blend the softened cream cheese , with the powder sugar and add the teaspoon of vanilla , mix until creamy....fold in the coolwhip ! you can add alil red food color if you like :-)
  • 3. gently spread the cream cheese mixture on your brownie leaving about a 1/2 in of brownie uncovered all the way around. then gently pour both can's of pie filling on top and gently spread leaving a 1/2 in of the cream cheese mixture uncovered all the way around and chill for 2 hour's ! i use a pizza cutter to slice piece's to serve , "careful" this dessert is rich ! you will probably not want a big piece and you can alway's go back for second's ! enjoy :-)
