1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons sugar substitute (like splenda)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. In a large deep skillet over medium heat, heat oil; cook turkey and onion 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
