- Cream sugar and shortening. Add beaten eggs and cream.Add sifted dry ingredients,using only enough flour so dough can be easilt handled. Roll thin, cut into shapes.Sprinkle with sugar if desired, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.Decorate as desired when cool.
