This dip has a little kick to it. Usually if I double it, I make it with one can of original Ro-Tel and one can of Extra Hot Ro-Tel. No matter where I take this dip, I always get requests for the recipe. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Drain corn and tomatoes with green chilies in colander.
- 2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar together until smooth.
- 3. Add drained corn and tomatoes with green chilies to sour cream/mayonnaise mixture.
- 4. Stir in onions and cheddar cheese. I save a tablespoon or so of the green onions to sprinkle on top when finished.
- 5. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
