for the million people who loved cheeses on meatloaf,i create this recipe with sharp and extra sharp cheddar cheeses,extra sharp cheddar on the meat and sharp cheddar on sauteed onions inside,it's great on the side with mac and cheese.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add sliced vidalia onion and saute for 5 minutes or until are completely tender.
- Remove from heat,season with sea salt/black pepper and parmesan cheese.Stir in 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.Set aside.
- In a large bowl,combine ground chuck,egg whites,bread crumbs,2 tablespoons cheese sauce and steak seasoning:mix well.Add shredded extra cheddar cheese.
- Press half of meat mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.Add sauteed onion mixture and remaining cheese sauce.Spoon remaining meat mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining sharp cheddar cheese and press it down.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the cheese are melted.Cool completely.
