Twisted Baby Back Ribs image

Finger licking good. This is the only meal I will allow finger licking and lip smacking in my house. The tamari sauce and honey give a distinctive flavor. This is kid pleasing as well. WARNING*** Make plenty others will stop by unannounced it seems when these are being made.

2 lb beef baby back ribs
1 c ketchup
1 c bbq sauce (i use sweet baby rays)
1 c tamari sauce
1 Tbsp honey

Steps:

  • 1. Wash the meat with cold water and place in a large ziploc bag. You may have to cut the ribs to fit into the bag.
  • 2. Prepare the barbeque sauce by combining all ingredients, except the ribs. Marinate the ribs with the sauce in refrigerator in bag overnight.
  • 3. Preheat oven 300 degrees. Place the ribs and the sauce into uncovered casserole dish and bake for 1 hour or until meat separates from bone.
  • 4. Serve with green salad and baked potatoes.
