Steps:
- Bake potatoes as directed.
- While potatoes are baking, make Mac&Cheese according to box. Set aside.
- Once potatoes are baked, and cooled a little cut length wise and scoop out middle.
- Take potato and Mac&Cheese mix together until well blended.
- Put mixture into potato skins.
- Broil until slightly browned.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits
- Serve and enjoy!
