Twice Baked Mac & Cheese Potato image

1 (7 1/2 ounce) box of mac & cheese
4 -6 russet potatoes
bacon bits (optional)

Steps:

  • Bake potatoes as directed.
  • While potatoes are baking, make Mac&Cheese according to box. Set aside.
  • Once potatoes are baked, and cooled a little cut length wise and scoop out middle.
  • Take potato and Mac&Cheese mix together until well blended.
  • Put mixture into potato skins.
  • Broil until slightly browned.
  • Sprinkle with bacon bits
  • Serve and enjoy!
