This recipe is from the Vintage Vicksburg cookbook. Really good and so easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb hot ground sausage
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes (10 oz)
2 pkg cream cheese (8 oz each)

Steps:

  • 1. Brown sausage and drain well.
  • 2. Heat tomatoes in saucepan and add cream cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add sausage and mix well.
  • 3. Serve with your favorite chips (Fritos or tortilla chips)
