- In a mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, eggs and oil. Add soda and stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in pineapple and pecans. bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
- Top with raspberries and bananas if desired.
