1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon honey

Steps:

  • Heat almond milk in the microwave.
  • Stir in the cinnamon, tumeric and Ginger.
  • Drizzle honey on top.
  • Enjoy and sleep well.1.
