Turkeyaki, or Teriyaki Turkey Meatlof image

Made this one up. I am not one to measure, so measurements are approximate.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 pound(s) ground turkey
1/2 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 cup(s) soy sauce, low sodium
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1 clove(s) garlic, crushed and minced (sub garlic powder is fine)
2 - eggs
4 - pineapple rings (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix together all ingredients except pineapple. The meat should be a bit mushy but still hold together. Season as desired.
  • Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place meat in pan and form into a loaf. Press pineapple rings in to top of loaf.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, just until done. I use meat thermometer to check for temp of 165 degrees. Let sit for a few minutes before cutting.
