1 cucumber, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
4 slices bagels, toasted
4 -8 lettuce leaves
4 -8 slices tomatoes
16 slices cooked turkey breast

Steps:

  • Combine cucumber, carrot, dill, chives and mayonnaise together, set aside. Layer bottom halves of bagels with lettuce and tomato; top with 4 slices of turkey. Spoon veggie mixture on top; replace top halves of bagels.
