Steps:
- 1. In large bowl mash garlic with back of spoon. Whisk in lemon juice and 5 tbsp. olive oil. Combine with tuna, onion, olives, capers, capers, herbs and salt to taste. 2. For dip: Pulse salad & butter in processor until creamy. With motor running slowly add additional oil. Taste 7 add more salt or lemon juice if needed. Serve with cut vegetables. 3. For sandwich:serve on buttered toast.
