- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk and salt. Stir in the spinach, stuffing mix, bread crumbs and tuna until well combined. Preheat oven to 350°., Drain noodles and place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with tuna mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake until lightly browned and heated through, 5-10 minutes longer. , Freeze option: Cool unbaked casserole; cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.
