1 1/2 cups chopped cashews
3/4 cup chopped green onion
2 (2 ounce) jars diced pimentos, drained
3 tablespoons chopped green peppers

1 tablespoon cider vinegar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups chow mein noodles
