When I was younger, my grandpa used to make tuna patties and I always loved them. They were basically just tuna, eggs, and breadcrumbs. I took my cue from him but added a little more to the recipe and I really love them- as does my family.

Steps:
- 1. Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder, stirring to combine.
- 2. Form tuna mixture into patties.
- 3. Drizzle canola oil in a large skillet. Add patties (in batches if necessary) and fry for about 4 minutes, or until browned, on each side. Serve.
