Steps:
- 1. In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil. Stir in the orzo & cook until al dente. Drain & cool slightly. 2. Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl, season the vinegar with salt & pepper & mix until the salt dissolves;set aside. Whisk in the reserved olive oil. Add the orzo to the dressing & toss to mix. 3. Add the chickpeas, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion & basil to the orzo. Break up the tuna with a fork & add to the salad w/ the feta cheese.
