- Mix first 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. hot sauce until blended; shape into 6 patties.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add tuna patties, in batches, if necessary; cook 4 to 6 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet. Top with Singles.
- Mix mayo and remaining hot sauce; spread onto buns. Fill with lettuce, tomatoes and tuna burgers.
