This is my favorite seasoning for steaks, burgers, roasted chicken and pork roasts. It's especially good when worked into the ground beef for charcoal grilled burgers. Mmmmm Mmmmm good!

- 1. Combine all ingredients and store in a small, lidded jar or air-tight container. Shake before using.
- 2. Note: I use homegrown dried herbs, and use a mortar and pestle to individually grind each herb/spice, and then measure, or sometimes I'll use a spice grinder.
