Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 cups ice
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (recommended: Dole)
1 small banana, broken into pieces
1 tablespoon honey
1 (6-ounce) container lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup vanilla vodka
Fresh pineapple spears, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients, except pineapple spears, in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple spears and serve with a straw.
