Tropical Breakfast Bruschetta image

Sure, we're calling this Tropical Breakfast Bruschetta. But with pound cake and that sweet, creamy topping, we'd gladly have it for dessert too.

1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 medium mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 loaf (10.75 oz.) prepared pound cake, cut into 16 (1/2-inch-thick) slices, toasted
1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

Steps:

  • Toss fruit in small bowl.
  • Spread cake slices evenly with cream cheese spread, using about 1-1/2 tsp. of the cream cheese spread on each slice. Top each with about 2-1/2 Tbsp. of the fruit mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
