Steps:
- Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except egg white and 1 teaspoon each poppy seed, sesame seed and fennel seed in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.Select Dough/Manual cycle. Do not use delay cycles.Remove dough from pan, using lightly floured hands. Cover and let rest 10 minutes on lightly floured surface.Grease large cookie sheet. Roll dough into 10-inch rope. Place on cookie sheet. Curl each end of rope in the opposite direction to form a coiled "S" shape. Cover and let rise in warm place 30 to 40 minutes or until almost double.Heat oven to 375°. Brush egg white over loaf sprinkle with 1 teaspoon each poppy seed, sesame seed and fennel seed. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
