TRIPLE CITRUS CHEESECAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 15

4 pkg 8oz each cream cheese, softened
1 C sugar
2 T flour
1 t vanilla
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T fresh Lime juice
1 T fresh orange juice
1 t grated lemon peel
1 t grated lime peel
1 t grated orange peel
4 eggs
Crust
1 C graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 C firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 C (1/2 stick) butter/margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Crust-mix crumbs, brown sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9"" springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 min if using a silver springform pan. Bake at 300 for 10 min if using a dark nonstick pan. Filling-mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer on med speed until well blended. Blend in juices and peels. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 for 60-65 min or until center is set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hr or over night.
