Triple-Chocolate Ice Cream Cake image

Turn your favorite chocolate ice cream sandwich bars into a party-perfect ice cream cake. No oven needed, and no baking skills required.

1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
11 chocolate ice cream sandwiches

Steps:

  • Whisk fudge topping and 1 cup COOL Whip in medium bowl until blended. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. Stir in nuts.
  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spread 1 cup COOL WHIP onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with spoonfuls of half the pudding mixture; swirl gently with knife.
  • Top with half the ice cream sandwiches, cutting as necessary to form even layer in pan; cover with layers of remaining pudding mixture and ice cream sandwiches.
  • Freeze 4 hours.
