Addictive Chicken image

I made this tonight, and it was so good. It's from my old recipes files, and apparently, I've made it before, but couldn't remember. It's easy and really good. I used 2 lbs. of skin on bone in chicken thighs, but you could use whatever you like.

1/3 cup salad oil (i used sunflower oil)
1/2 cup catsup
3/4 cup water
5 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
a few shakes of garlic salt and paprika

Steps:

  • 1. Shake pieces of chicken in mixture of flour and powdered milk.
  • 2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces which have been arranged in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
