Tres Leches ( mexican 3 milk cake) image

This is a really easy recipe for a semi difficult dessert.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pkg yellow cake mix (with pudding) baked as directed in 13 by 9 pan
FOR TOPPING MIXTURE:
1 can(s) evaporated milk
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1 pt heavy whipping cream
1 tsp almond extract
TO FINISH
whipped cream, sweetened
different fruit

Steps:

  • 1. Poke holes in the cake with a fork all over. Mix together toppings in mixing bowl before pouring over finished cake. Let mixture absorb completely in refidgerator. Cover with whipped topping and desired fruit
