TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS SOUP FROM SOUTHERN ITALY image

500 gramms soaked stockfish, 1 cauliflower
1 red onion
a handful of raisins and walnuts
half a cup of olive oil salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Slice the onion. Cut the stockfish into pieces and the cauliflower into florets Put these ingredients with all the other ingredients and some water (to cover abundantly) in a casserole. Cook (with lid on) for about 35-40 mins. Serve hot.It is also nice the day after. HAPPY CHRISTMAS!
