Tourtiere Spice Mix image

Use this spice mix in the traditional French Canadian "pork pie" (Tourtiere)

1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried savory
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp mustard powder

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Store in a sealed jar.
