Easy prep tortillas

Yield Makes 4 Tortillas
Number Of Ingredients 0
Steps:
- Add a pinch of salt & 1 tsp of Olive oil
- Add 6 tbsp of warm water
- Add 6 tbsp of warm water
- Combine all ingredients until dough forms
- Flour work surface and knead until tacky consistency
- Refrigerate for 20 mins in cling film
- Remove dough and divide into 4 equal portions
- Flour and roll out each portion to ~1cm thickness
- Cook in hot pan with splash of olive oil (2 mins each side)
