1/2 to 1/4 sliced prosciutto
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
Liberal amount of milled black pepper
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
2 cups heavy cream

Steps:

  • Dice prosciutto and saute in butter and oil until crisp. Stir in broth, and pepper and cook, uncovered for 15 minutes. Add parsley, stirring well. Cook for 10 minutes, until sauce begins to thicken, then stir in heavy cream.
