Tom's Special Negroni image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 ounce gin, such as Hendrick's
1 ounce bitter orange liqueur, such as Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth, such as Carpano Antica or Noilly Prat
1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
Wide strip of orange peel, for garnish

Steps:

  • Add the gin, bitter orange liqueur, vermouth and orange juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and stir. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice and garnish with the orange peel.
