Tomato-Mozzarella Salad Dijon image

We're fans of any salad that stars mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil. But this one, made with a Dijon-lemon juice dressing, is one of our favorites!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
6 oz. KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. small fresh basil leaves or chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Beat oil, mustard and lemon juice with wire whisk until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Arrange tomatoes and cheese on large serving platter or 6 individual serving plates; sprinkle evenly with onion and basil.
  • Drizzle with prepared dressing. Serve immediately.
