Steps:
- 1. In a shallow dish, combine the lemon juice and oil. Add fish fillets; turn to coat.
- 2. Place in a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Arrange tomatoes on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- 3. Cover and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
